In June I decided to undertake a personal training qualification, turning something that I became very passionate about into more than just a hobby. So I decided to take it one step further and start a blog, putting what I’m learning into practice online helping people.
It’s a platform for me to advise people, give workouts and recipes, based on my experience and knowledge. It’s a free resource for everyone to use so please have a gander and keep your eyes peeled for more content.
